I chose Culinary Arts as my trade, because I have pretty much grown up in my aunt’s kitchen cooking and baking all kinds of food. While I can cook certain dishes and have a bit of kitchen experience, I would love to learn everything there is to know about what really goes on in a Restaurant Kitchen, from the food to the business to the clean up. Everything about the culinary arts trade has me extremely excited to start.
